Scope and costs

What’s included, what’s separate and what happens after launch.

Clear boundaries help you budget accurately and know what to expect.

  • Billed separately

    • Domain registration
    • Framer or other website platform subscription and hosting
    • Third-party licenses and services
    • Premium media licenses

    You ordinarily control and pay for these directly, unless your written scope says otherwise. They are separate from the PixelWielder design fee, which is project-based rather than a monthly subscription.

  • What you supply

    • Accurate business details and service areas
    • Required contact information
    • Existing brand assets, photos and copy

    Light editing and organization of your supplied copy is included. Extensive original copywriting, premium imagery, custom illustration, advanced integrations, new features and future edits are quoted separately.

  • After launch

    • Correction of workmanship defects in the agreed delivered site
    • Reported within 14 calendar days after launch

    This does not cover new design revisions, third-party outages or future changes. There’s no bundled ongoing maintenance and no guaranteed response time. Additional requests are quoted separately.
