Process

A clear website design process, from first idea to launch.

You shouldn’t need to know web design jargon to request a website. We agree on the scope, show our work and keep each stage understandable.

At a glance

How your website takes shape

Five stages, from the first conversation to launch. The detailed steps below follow the same path.

  1. Discover

Your goals, pages and timing, agreed in a written scope.

    Steps 01–02
  2. Design

Layout, content and visual direction, shaped for your approval.

    Step 03
  3. Develop

Responsive pages and working features, assembled for every screen.

    Step 04
  4. Refine

A preview for your review, then consolidated revision rounds.

    Step 04
  5. Launch

Navigation, layouts and forms checked, then the website is handed over.

    Step 05
  1. Step 01

    Share Your Project

Start with a short inquiry form. Tell us about your business, the pages or features you have in mind and any timing you’re working toward.

There’s no mandatory introductory call. We follow up by email.

  2. Step 02

    Define Scope and Ownership

We recommend a package or a custom scope, then confirm in writing which pages, forms, revision rounds and deliverables are included.

We also document who controls and pays for the domain, the website platform plan and any third-party services.

  3. Step 03

    Design Direction and Approval

We shape the layout, content and visual direction around your approved scope, using the business details and brand assets you supply.

Light editing and organization of your copy is included. Extensive original copywriting and premium imagery are quoted separately.

  4. Step 04

    Build and Review

We assemble the responsive pages and working features, then share a preview for you to review.

Feedback is gathered in consolidated revision rounds: one for Essential, two for Business, and as set in your proposal for Custom.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and Handoff

Before release, we check navigation, layouts and any inquiry forms. Then we hand over the website with owner guidance covering project transfer, plan renewals, form destinations and editing.

Workmanship defects in the agreed delivered site that are reported within 14 calendar days after launch are corrected. Later changes are quoted separately.

Questions

Common questions, answered plainly.

Do we have to schedule a call?

No. There’s no mandatory introductory call. Start with a short project form, and we’ll follow up by email.

Who pays for hosting and the domain?

You ordinarily control and pay for your domain registrar and website platform plan directly. Ownership and renewals are agreed in writing as part of your scope.

Can I request changes after launch?

We correct workmanship defects identified within 14 calendar days of launch. Later changes, new pages and new features are quoted separately.

Can I edit the site myself?

Editing tools depend on the platform and plan. Owning a Framer project doesn’t mean you receive exportable, self-hostable source code. Your signed scope governs what’s delivered.

Ready for step one?

Start with a short project form.

Share the basics and we’ll reply by email with a practical next step. Want to compare options first? Each package lists exactly what’s included.
